How to care for it

Keep the spruce in a very bright, cool spot: over the festive season it will be happy indoors, provided it is kept away from radiators and fireplaces, while in the warmer months it does best outdoors in indirect light. The growing medium should stay moist but never soggy: check it with your fingers and water when the surface dries out, using lime-free water at room temperature.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Will I receive exactly the plant shown in the photo?

A: No. The photo shows a representative specimen of the same variety: as these are wedding favours produced in batches, every piece comes with the same pot and the same species, but the individual plant may vary slightly in canopy shape and branching.

Q: How large is the plant and pot together?

A: The pot measures 15.5 cm in diameter by 14.5 cm in height and the plant reaches around 35-40 cm. Overall height is therefore about 50 cm, perfect for a table centrepiece, a shelf or an office desk.

Q: Can I choose the colour of the pot?

A: The Christmas tartan pot comes in two versions, blue and red, to be specified when ordering. The decoration and the dimensions are identical in both; only the colour combination of the printed fabric pattern changes.
