Akadama is a volcanic soil of Japanese origin that is essential for growing and repotting bonsai, in that, it enriches with minerals. It provides excellent drainage and is completely sterilized.

Superfine akadama is very suitable for shohin, can be mixed with other potting soils or used 100%.

It is also ideal for aquarium bottoms, as the "Hard Quality" in water does not flakes off, always remaining compact without ever creating sludge.
