Dichondra is a species widely used for gazon in temperate climates. It is grown in full sun or shade and does not require special soils.

It can be used to plant a lawn entirely of dichondra or it can be used for small areas that are difficult to cut, for example near avenues, in the avenues themselves or in places that are difficult to reach for maintenance. Many love dichondra because it does not need to be cut much, although it must be said that, if it is cut every two weeks, it looks really beautiful. Furthermore, regular cutting inhibits the growth of any weeds.
