How to care for it

The ginkgo should stay outdoors all year round, in a bright and airy position; in July and August some afternoon half-shade prevents the leaf margins from drying out. Water when the top centimetre of soil dries out, generously in summer and sparingly after leaf fall, which on this species happens quickly between late autumn and early winter.
