Copper wire is suitable for processing conifers and thanks to its greater rigidity, compared to aluminum, it perfectly maintains the position of the branches.

Production process:

This copper wire, hardened by drawing, is subjected to a softening and recrystallization annealing heat treatment performed under vacuum in modern industrial furnaces.

This process allows the rearrangement of the crystalline lattice deformed during drawing and gives the metal its natural ductility.

Annealing in the absence of oxygen also determines the removal of surface contaminants and prevents oxidation.
