Tao Tao Suiseki
The stone is a painted stone where is the natural drawing on the rock that gives meaning to the stone and not the pebble shape. The stone is a river pebble made of limestone and calcite veins coming from the Pollino Mount one of the metamorphic outcrops in the lower part of the Apennines between Basilicata and Calabria regions. The perfect white circle representing the Tao is one of it’s great poetic value.
