The Dao Shape is a landscape stone representing a mountain near a plain landscape, more is the difference between the mountain and the valley more is the value. The stone is a river pebble made of limestone and calcite veins coming from the Pollino Mount one of the metamorphic outcrops in the lower part of the Apennines between Basilicata and Calabria regions. The color is important, with stripes that remember rivers and clouds.

Provenience: Basilicata - Italy

Rock type: Met Limestone

Daiza wood: Rosewood

Stone size: cm. 11 x 7,5 x h. 7,5

Daiza size: cm. 12 x 8,5

Each Suiseki is shipped with its relative wooden box and certification attesting its authenticity by a Suiseki Master.

Suiseki (literally: "stone worked by water") is the Japanese art of placing stones found in nature with an appearance that reminds of a natural object.

In addition to being beautiful decorative stones, they are also placed in meditative environments or shown off with bonsai, because they also rapresent a symbol of strength and flow of nature.
