Agriperlite is a natural silica-based inert, used in agriculture to favor drainage and make the soil flush with water. In addition, thanks to its sterility and inorganicity, it avoids the formation of mushrooms and bacteria.

Agriperlite can be mixed with other soil types, or used as a sole component of the substrate and is very useful for bonsai cultivation as a substrate for cuttings or transplants from the ground.
